LDAP Tools The LDAP Tools are licensed per Site, limited to one company, but is regardless of number of LDAP directories within that location. This means if your company has two locations and each has its own LDAP directory, you will require a license for each site. On the other hand, if within the same location you have three production LDAP directories and one testing LDAP directory, you only require a single license for all four LDAP directories. Of course, you would likely need to license for the one with the most number of objects to be processed. |
The optional Annual Support and Maintenance (ASM) provides registered Users with Twelve (12) months of access to Updates/Upgrades and Priority Technical Support. ASM must be ordered within the initial warranty period of Sixty [60] days or else additional fees may apply. Contact us about purchasing a new ASM or renewing an expired ASM. |

Our current development efforts and resources are on the LDAP tools, so at this time there is no planned enhancements or updates for these NDS/eDirectory tools, with the exception of Site P. Consequently, no ASM is offered for these products. However, if you have an enhancement request or idea, do let us know! |
Free updates to the latest version of our NDS/eDirectory tools (except for Site P) are available by request; there may be a cost for Site P upgrades, depending on the version you were previously licensed for. |
For Password Policy Manager (PPM) for NDS/eDirectory, the number of users is defined as the total number of User objects that will be managed by PPM, and not necessary the total number of User objects you have in the tree. PPM is priced based on a per user basis: |

Taxes and Shipping Costs Unless otherwise indicated, Canadian orders will have GST added, and Ontario Retail Sales Tax (RST) will be charged, where applicable. |
The final costs associated with international orders may be higher due to exportation costs, duties, taxes, shipping and handling, and other requirements. Costs shown in this price list are net to DreamLAN and any VAT, customs duties, or other tax assessments are additional and is the responsibility of the recipient. |
To reduce your shipping costs, while at the same time trying to be somewhat environmentally friendly ("green"), and to expedite delivery, we offer Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) via FTP download; this means no Shipping and Handling (S&H) fees if you do not require a media. |
If you require a media for your software library (as is required for auditing purposes by some organizations), the S&H cost is as follows: |
o $45 USD for U.S. addresses o $75 USD for international locations o $35 CAD (taxes included) to Canadian destinations |
This cost is to simply cover the FedEx Overnight delivery cost; we do not make any money from S&H. ESD is included at no extra cost as part of the media shipment so you can enjoy the full feature set of the licensed version without having to wait for the media to arrive. |
NDS/eDirectoy Tools Our NDS/eDirectory tools are licensed based on the tree, regardless of the number of objects within the tree. One exception is the Site P product where it is licensed based on the tree and on the number of users that it manages. |
The pricing structure for ContentFilter is identical to that of the LinkWall Suite. The number of users is defined as the total number of users at a given physical location that will be accessing the Internet via BorderManager, but irrespective of the number of BorderManager servers involved.
