We will accept the return and refund of a product purchased either directly from us or via one of our on-line resellers within Five (5) business days (or longer if prior arrangements were made) of the date of delivery. For purchases made through other resellers, please contact them for their return and refund policy. |
- Your full name, and company information if applicable - Your email address and phone/FAX number - Payment method used for the purchase (such as credit card) - Our invoice number, if available - Product name and version - Date of purchase - Serial number or license key information (if available) - The reason for the return (so we can improve the product if necessary) |
Returning a DreamLAN ToolKit Component To return a ToolKit component purchased either directly from DreamLAN or through one of the on-line resellers (share-it! or Reg.net) within the last 5 business days, please contact our Customer Support Department to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to provide the following information: |
Upon receipt of the LOD, we will process your refund minus processing fees. You will be refunded by a cheque/check. In the case where you purchased through share-it! or Reg.Net, you will be refunded by the same method as your original payment. While we will process your request within 3-5 business days after receiving the LOD, please allow additional time (up to two billing cycles) for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your credit card account (if applicable). |
You will either receive an e-mail with a Letter of Software Destruction (LOD) plus further instructions or an explanation as to why your request falls outside of our Return Policy. |
The LOD is simply a one page contract whereby upon completion, you give up your rights to the product purchased. It is required that you complete and submit an LOD for the return of any of the software products, regardless of whether you ever successfully installed the product. |
The signed LOD must be returned to DreamLAN within Ten (10) business days from the day it was received in order to receive credit. If the LOD is not received within 10 business days, you surrender your option of returning the software for credit. |
All returns are subject to, at DreamLAN's discretion, a processing fee of $19.95 USD or $22 CAD plus application tax regardless of the reason for return. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. |
Returning a Non-DreamLAN Product The return and refund policy stated above do not apply to third-party products, such as Connectotel's LinkWall Suite or avanti technology's TaskMaster software, where DreamLAN is just an authorized reseller of these products. For these products, the return/refund policies are determined by their respective developers. |
DreamLAN reserves the option to charge a processing fee equal to 2% of the amount to be refunded or $19.95 USD ($22 CAD plus tax), whichever is higher, regardless of the reason for return and independent of vendor's return and refund policy. |
Refund of purchases made through our on-line resell partners may subject to a service charge. Shipping and Handling charges are none refundable. |
